@Read Book à 食戟のソーマ 34 [Shokugeki no Souma 34] ô THE BLUE i can t stop rolling my eyes First things first, I hate that fake Saiba person I really hate how he is like Mimasaka that takes the precious knives out from the loser opponent It isn t fair at all He can bet other stuff but not that..I am also disappointed about Tsukasa, though I really love him, still I am really disappointed At the same time totally pissed at that fake Saiba Just want him to get lost Jouichirou made a really huge mistake in what he did to Saiba A grave mistake..However, on the good side, I f First things first, I hate that fake Saiba person I really hate how he is like Mimasaka that takes the precious knives out from the loser opponent It isn t fair at all He can bet other stuff but not that..I am also disappointed about Tsukasa, though I really love him, still I am really disappointed At the same time totally pissed at that fake Saiba Just want him to get lost Jouichirou made a really huge mistake in what he did to Saiba A grave mistake..However, on the good side, I feel so proud for Takumi and Soma After all they have been through They remind me a lot of Doujima and Jouichirou They are just so similar to them I love the friendship and also the healthy competition between them I am just not sure what will happen next And to think this will be the second to the last volume for now, I am no sure what else to do I am excited and yet saddened that I will now have to wait for the next chapters and volumes Wow this is probably the worse of the books since 30.World The art is fine, it s still feels a bit off from the main series but oh well The world building is broken, completely and utterly broken In the past when the main focus of the dishes was realistic but stylised it the world was fun, it was hyper real with a dash of the fantastic Now, the food and the cooking is utterly nonsensical from bombs, to chainsaws, to dual wieldit s utterly ridiculous Any logic and reality that this serie Wow this is probably the worse of the books since 30.World The art is fine, it s still feels a bit off from the main series but oh well The world building is broken, completely and utterly broken In the past when the main focus of the dishes was realistic but stylised it the world was fun, it was hyper real with a dash of the fantastic Now, the food and the cooking is utterly nonsensical from bombs, to chainsaws, to dual wieldit s utterly ridiculous Any logic and reality that this series had with the wonderful recipes that it gave and the idea that yes this world is crazy but the food is real is all utterly and completely gone Story The story is just as nonsensical as the world building Once in the past all those battles that his single book has would have been on page, the food and the cooking was the main focus which drove the drama and the interaction The love of food and the depth of research drove the story Now, battles are off panel, cheap victories are the norm and results are just for the sake of moving the now nonsensical story forward The story has lost all the reason this book was good in the first place Where are all the other characters at the school They are not allowed to see this worldwide competition No Nikumi or any of the Polaris people None of the alum from Totsuki The story is utterly nonsense Add to that the idea of Erina being so pivotal in the main story is now just an object is highly insulting I m not even going to start with the gay stereotypes that are found in this book.Characters What has happened to all these wonderful characters They are a shadow of themselves are are mere parodies of what they once were Is this a fan fiction Do they not know the characters I said above already, what happened to all the fan favourites Are we to truly believe that none of the Polaris or Alice and Hayama are all not going to be here to watch This book is just bad now.Onward to the next book As the series continues to weave drunkenly toward its conclusion with a big final tournament featuring outrageous villains and twists, it still manages to sneak in a few quality scenes between Soma and his father and his school rival Takumi Aldini There is so much sound and fury going on, but I think the soul of the series is still alive in there somewhere.
